Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Merchant Production with 8–10 years of apparel merchandising experience. Responsible for managing end-to-end production merchandising for UK & European buyers ensure timely production, quality, cost adherence, and on-time shipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end production merchandising for UK & European buyers.
- Review POs, tech packs, BOMs, specifications and buyer requirements.
- Develop and monitor T&A; calendars to ensure timely order execution.
- Coordinate with sampling, sourcing, production, quality, planning and commercial teams.
- Ensure timely availability of fabrics, trims, accessories and raw materials.
- Monitor production progress, identify risks and resolve execution delays.
- Ensure adherence to approved samples, quality standards and buyer specifications.
- Coordinate buyer communication, approvals, PP meetings, inspections and corrective actions.
- Track shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery with logistics/commercial teams.
- Maintain order trackers and reports while managing multiple styles/orders and building strong buyer relationships.
