We're Hiring: HR Executive (Recruitment & HR Operations)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our People & Culture team. If you're passionate about hiring great talent and creating a seamless employee experience, we'd love to hear from you!
Candidates with prior experience in the IT and Digital Marketing industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (50%)
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Digital Marketing roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Manage offer rollouts, salary discussions, and candidate follow-ups.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.

HR Operations (50%)
Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee records and HRMS data accurately.
Handle attendance and leave management processes.
Assist with payroll inputs and monthly HR reports.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and activities.




Support performance management and probation confirmation processes.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Resolve employee queries related to HR operations and policies.
Conduct induction sessions for new hires.
Maintain HR trackers and MIS reports.

Requirements
12 years of relevant HR experience.
Prior experience in IT or Digital Marketing recruitment is preferred.
Strong understanding of HR recruitment and operations processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HRMS tools.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience hiring for technical and digital marketing roles.
Knowledge of employee lifecycle management.
Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

Job Details
