- Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes and reduce costs.
- Manage and supervise a team of production staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of products.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in electronics manufacturing or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of production management principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with electronic manufacturing services (EMS) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
