About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and customer-focused Marketing Executive to join a growing company in the Water Treatment & Life Essentials industry.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of the local market, strong communication and networking skills, and the ability to generate leads, develop customer relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities.

Identify and approach potential customers, dealers, distributors, institutions, corporates and other business prospects.

Conduct regular market visits across Mangalore, Udupi and surrounding areas.

Generate leads through field visits, references, networking, digital platforms and other marketing activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable water treatment solutions.

Conduct product presentations and explain product features, benefits and applications.

Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for customer requirements, site visits, quotations and proposals.

Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations and negotiations to achieve conversions.

Meet monthly and quarterly marketing and business development targets.

Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, trade fairs and local marketing campaigns.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.

Develop new territories and customer segments for business expansion.





Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, visits and business opportunities.

Submit regular marketing and market feedback reports to management.

Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.

Candidate Requirements

25 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development or a related field.

Experience in water treatment, water purification, environmental solutions, technical products, industrial products or related industries will be an advantage.

Kannada Read, Write & Speak is Mandatory.

Good command of English; knowledge of other local languages will be an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of the Mangalore, Udupi and surrounding local markets.

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Strong lead generation, networking and relationship-building abilities.

Good negotiation and convincing skills.

Should be comfortable with field marketing, customer visits and local travel.

Target-oriented, self-motivated and proactive approach.

Good understanding of MS Office, Excel, email and basic digital marketing tools.

Should possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence and be willing to travel for customer meetings.

Candidates residing in Mangalore/Udupi or having strong local market connections will be preferred.
