About the Role

Highspring is hiring Associate Analysts to support annual report filing activities for different US jurisdictions. The role involves handling high volumes of data with a strong focus on accuracy, quality and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

- File annual reports for different US jurisdictions as per defined process guidelines.
- Handle, review and validate large volumes of data with high accuracy.
- Perform data entry, data validation and documentation activities.
- Use MS Excel for data handling and maintaining records.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of information before filing.
- Follow defined process, quality and productivity standards.
- Maintain strong attention to detail while handling business information.
- Complete assigned tasks within defined timelines.

Required Skills

- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Strong data-handling and attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good English comprehension and reading ability.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy.
- Ability to work with high-volume data.




- Good organizational and time-management skills.

Education & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline.
- B.Com / Commerce background preferred, but candidates from other streams are welcome.
- 0–4 years of experience.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates from Data Entry, Back Office, Data Processing, MIS, Finance Operations, Documentation, KYC or similar backgrounds can apply.

Selection Process

- Typing Test: Minimum 30 WPM with 98% accuracy.
- Comprehension Test: Minimum 90% passing score.
- Interview.

- 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM IST shift.
- 3-month contractual employment.
