Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes and procedures to ensure high standards of product quality.
- Lead and manage a team of quality control professionals, providing guidance and training on quality systems and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential quality risks and issues.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in quality control processes.
- Implement corrective actions to address identified quality issues and improve overall product quality.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in quality control and assurance,



preferably in the Heavy Engineering sector.
- Robust knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
