Job Summary:

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer / Consultant with strong experience in HRSD, ITOM, and IRM/GRC modules along with expertise in custom application development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions across the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions across HRSD, ITOM, and IRM/GRC modules
- Buildand configure custom applications using App Engine / Studio
- Design workflows, business rules, and automation using Flow Designer
- Work with CMDB, Discovery,



and Event Management (ITOM)
- Configure HRSD modules including case management and employee service portal
- Implement and support IRM/GRC modules (Risk, Audit, Compliance)
- Handle integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Perform testing, debugging, and deployment activities

Requirements:

- 4 to 12 years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Hands-on experience in HRSD, ITOM, and IRM/GRC
- Strong experience in Custom App development (App Engine / Studio)
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with CMDB, integrations, and Flow Designer
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills
