Qualifications

- Candidate should have faced USFDA Audit and from Pharma API Industry

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement comprehensive quality plans and procedures to ensure high standards of quality.
- Lead and manage a team of quality professionals, providing guidance and training on quality systems and processes.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement recent products and services.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for quality improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders,



including suppliers and customers.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience as a Quality Head or similar role, with at least 10 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices, including ISO standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with quality management software and tools, such as QMS and audit management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
