About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant who brings together analytical rigor, implementation discipline, and first principles thinking to drive measurable improvement in client organizations. The role involves leading and executing Change Management initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and new product development (NPD) environments.

You will work closely with CXOs and senior leadership teams, conduct workshops & Buy-in, design interventions, and ensure sustained results through on-ground execution support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose business challenges across Operations, Sales, and Strategy
- Design frameworks & solutions for promoter-driven businesses
- Work closely with client teams on the ground to implement change
- Conduct workshops & buy-in sessions with management teams
- Lead project execution end-to-end
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and management presentations
- Work directly with CXOs, functional heads, and project sponsors to align improvement goals with business outcomes.
- Facilitate leadership workshops and review sessions to sustain organizational focus on throughput and flow.
- Handle resistance to change using structured communication and coaching techniques.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients through consistent delivery and insight.
- Convert operational data into insights to support management decision-making.
- Support team members in data-driven project execution and measurement of impact (e.g., throughput, lead time,



inventory turns).
- Mentor junior consultants and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- 35 years of consulting experience with demonstrated implementation exposure in Change Management.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes (planning, production, logistics, procurement).
- Exposure to New Product Development (NPD) and procurement process improvement preferred.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; comfortable creating business cases, performance models, and board-level presentations.
- Prior experience handling top management and C-suite engagements is essential.
- Solid communication, facilitation, and analytical problem-solving skills.
