Position - Budget & Operations

JD-

5+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, budget support, production coordination, or related marketing / agency operations roles.

- Experience in an advertising agency, marketing organization, or similar fast-paced environment is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and recurring tasks
- Working knowledge of budgets, invoices, project trackers, and operational reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools
- Transparent written and verbal communication skills




- Comfortable supporting a team across multiple workstreams and deadlines
- Ability to follow established processes and escalate issues appropriately
- Collaborative, dependable, and responsive
- Experience with workflow tools or reporting dashboards is a plus
- Expert problem solver. Leverages knowledge gained through prior experience, education, training to resolve issues and remove project barriers

Education and Experience

- 5+ years of relevant business operations experience required with strong Project Management experience preferred
- Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field
