Role & responsibilities

We are hiring a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant to independently handle accounting, taxation, audit and compliance assignments for a diverse portfolio of SME and startup clients.

- Handle end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping assignments for multiple clients.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ledgers and reconciliations.
- Manage GST compliances return filing, reconciliations and departmental notices.
- Handle TDS compliance, quarterly return filing and related reconciliations.
- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, LLPs and companies.
- Support statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits and due diligence assignments.
- Prepare working papers, schedules and audit documentation.
- Assist in ROC compliances, company incorporations, annual filings and other MCA matters.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis and management reports for clients.
- Coordinate with clients for data collection, compliance documents and query resolution.
- Assist in assessments,



notices and correspondence with GST and Income Tax authorities.
- Work on Tally, Zoho Books, Busy and other ERP platforms.
- Ensure timely completion of client assignments and statutory deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile

- Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant CA Inter (both groups cleared preferred).
- B.Com / M.Com candidates with strong practical exposure will also be considered.
- 15 years of experience in a CA firm, accounting firm or consulting firm.
- Sound working knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax and MCA compliances.
- Hands-on with Tally, Zoho Books and Advanced Excel.
- Exposure to handling multiple SME and startup clients simultaneously.
- Solid analytical, communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to independently manage client assignments and compliance timelines.
- Immediate joiners preferred. Candidates from Faridabad / Delhi-NCR will be preferred.
