Job description

- Must have hands-on experience with AWS services: CloudWatch, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB (and related services)
- Must have 56 years of Production Support experience (L2/L3 level) with robust knowledge of ITIL framework and experience in incident/change/problem management
- Would be required to work in hybrid workplace model & provide on-call support
