Candidate Profile
- 12-18 years of experience in industrial electrical or power-sector sales
- Robust exposure to OEM-led selling
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute annual sales strategy aligned with OEM focus and industry segments.
- Own YoY revenue targets across spares, services, panels, projects, and retrofits.
- Build and manage key industrial, utility, and EPC accounts.
- Develop market opportunities through installed-base mapping and OEM-led initiatives.
- Manage sales funnel, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
- Drive OEM-compliant marketing and brand positioning.
- Coordinate commercial strategy, pricing, and margin protection.
- Build and lead a high-performance sales team.
