- Assist customers with account opening and KYC documentation.

- Support customers with ATM, debit card, mobile banking, and internet banking queries.
- Verify and maintain customer documents and records.
- Process day-to-day branch banking transactions accurately.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic service issues.
- Coordinate with internal banking teams for customer requests.
- Maintain branch records and ensure compliance with bank procedures.
- Support branch operations and provide good customer service.
- Explain relevant banking products and services to customers when required.
