Requirements

- Education: BSC Chemistry OR MSC Chemistry OR BE Chemical
- Experience: Min 4 to Max 8 Years

Note: Candidate must have exp in API Pharmaceutical industry

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and oversee the production process to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production quality and reduce costs.
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve targets.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience as a Production Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
