- Execution of all activities related to Quality Control and Assurance operations and functions for all products.
- Testing and reporting of results efficiently of all In-process samples
- Inspection and analysis of raw materials and intermediate samples received from Pro I and Pro II.
- Inspection and control ofETP samples received in shifts
- Communication of deviations and non-compliancesto Group-Incharge or HOD (QA) for effective product quality control.
- Control of non-conforming products and initiating root cause analysis in case of deviations.
- Maintenance of QA records related to Pro I & Pro II products.
- Preparing documents related to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 system management.
- 5S implementation in the QA laboratory area.
- Analytical supports to the plant during trials and as and when required.
- To support the upkeep of instruments/equipment/testing devices.
