Lead production operations for high-volume parenteral products, ensuring effective manufacturing as per approved BMRs, SOPs, cGMP, and safety requirements.
Manage production planning, manpower, equipment, aseptic processing, and batch execution while ensuring timely production and compliance.
Supervise the production team, coordinate with QA/QC, Engineering, and Warehouse, and handle deviations, CAPA, and continuous process improvement.
