Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Analyst or similar role in an employment firm or recruitment services firm.
- Strong understanding of the employment landscape and current market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
- Robust problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools is an asset.
