Required Qualifications:

- 12+ years of experience within technology application implementation
- Proven experience in end-to-end implementation and operationalizing technology products across large organizations.
- Experience building operating models, onboarding processes, and conducting training.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to interface with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with metadata management, data governance frameworks, and enterprise architecture principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of data modelling concepts (ER, dimensional, canonical models).
- Prior experience migrating models from other tools (e.g., Visual Paradigm, Power Designer) to Erwin.
- Knowledge of integration with other data management tools (e.g., data dictionaries, data quality tools).
