- Participate in daily toolbox meeting and allocate jobs as per the skills of the manpower
- Supervise technicians and contract workers executing Predictive, Preventive & Breakdown maintenance activities
- Ensure timely completion of work by continuously monitoring, planning and scheduling the maintenance activities
- Maintain & review the logbook to analyze the last 24 hour work activities
- Conduct and coordinate interdepartmental troubleshooting and repair activities during breakdown
- Maintain the material (spares) inventory for smooth execution of all maintenance tasks
- Conduct JSA (job safety analysis) before initiating for permit and ensure safety standards are met
- Provide OJT (on job training) to technicians
Key Mandatory Skills
- DCS operation for an AFBC Boiler exceeding 50 TPH
- Knowledge of Thermopack

- 1st Class / 2nd Class Boiler - Mandatory
