We are seeking a Lead Engineer Architect with 10 years of handson experience designing and implementing scalable enterprisegrade applications This role requires deep expertise in Java 17 Spring Boot Python Caching SOLR and DB technologies SQLNoSQL combined with robust architectural leadership to build loosely coupled APIdriven systems optimized for AI use cases

The ideal candidate brings practical experience in building and securing AIdriven components such as agents and Model Context Protocols MCPs and can drive architecture decisions that balance innovation scalability and operational resilience

Key Responsibilities

Architecture Design

Define and implement loosely coupled domaindriven architectures aligned with enterprise standards

Design AIready platforms enabling integration with agents ML workflows and intelligent automation

Drive APIfirst and eventdriven design patterns to ensure scalability and extensibility

Engineering Leadership

Lead endtoend solution design and handson development across critical systems

Guide engineers toward optimized maintainable and performant implementations

Challenge assumptions and influence design decisions to ensure bestinclass outcomes

AI Emerging Technology Enablement

Architect and implement AIenabled services including agentbased workflows and MCP integrations

Ensure systems are optimized for data access context management and inference workflows





Stay current with evolving AI frameworks and apply them pragmatically within enterprise environments

Development Delivery

Write highquality productiongrade code in Java 17 Spring Boot and Python

Work with relational and NoSQL databases to design efficient data models

Collaborate across DevOps SRE Data and Security teams to ensure successful delivery

Collaboration Communication

Clearly communicate architecture decisions tradeoffs and risks to technical and business stakeholders

Partner with crossfunctional teams to align on priorities and delivery timelines

Required Qualifications

Handson experience in software engineering and architecture

Strong expertise in

Solution Architecture

Java 17 and Spring Boot ORM any KafkaMQ

Python development AI Agents LLMs

SQL NoSQL databases

Catching near and distributed Redis Apache Ignite etc

Experience with Splunk Dynatrace or equivalent

Experience with SOLR Lucene or equivalent is a plus

Experience with GraphDB is a plus

Exposure to LLM integration vector databases and prompt orchestration frameworks

Familiarity with observability monitoring and performance optimization in largescale systems

Proven experience designing loosely coupled microservicesbased or eventdriven architectures

Handson experience building AIintegrated systems including

oAI agents agent frameworks

oModel Context Protocols MCPs or similar orchestration patterns

Strong understanding of API design system integration and distributed systems

Experience implementing security best practices for APIs services and AI components
