Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution:
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables for LLM-based initiatives.
- Develop detailed project plans and ensure adherence to milestones.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, product managers, and business teams.
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders effectively.
- Risk & Compliance:
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI guidelines.
- Resource Management:
- Allocate resources efficiently across multiple LLM projects.
- Manage budgets and optimize costs.
- Quality Assurance:
- Oversee testing and validation of LLM models and applications.
- Ensure delivery meets performance and accuracy benchmarks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Project Management (Agile/Scrum preferred).
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, especially LLMs and Generative AI.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps workflows.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
