We are looking for a Holiday Expert who has good knowledge of both Operations and Sales and can independently manage a booking from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end booking files, from understanding client requirements to final booking and post-booking coordination.
- Manage both Operations and Sales activities efficiently.
- Handle hotel, tour, and land package bookings through various booking portals.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and other travel services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel packages and itineraries.
- Prepare and promote travel packages with a focus on conversion and sales.
- Maintain regular coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Follow up on quotations,bookings, payments, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations.
- Ensure all booking details are accurate and updated throughout the process.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Good knowledge of hotel and tour booking portals.
- Strong understanding of vendors and suppliers for land package bookings.
- Ability to independently handle a booking file from start to finish.
- Valuable destination knowledge, with basic knowledge of major domestic/international destinations and their key attractions.
- Good understanding of travel product sales and the ability to effectively sell and promote holiday packages.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Good coordination and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and requirements simultaneously.
- Should be comfortable working in a role that involves both Sales and Operations.
- Experience: Relevant experience in Travel Sales / Holiday Packages / Travel Operations preferred.
