- Experience of 5-6 years in Workday Testing
- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand Core HCM , Recruiting configurations and business processes.
- Design and execute test cases for employee lifecycle events, job changes, compensation updates, and organizational structure changes.
- Validate system functionality through functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Document test results, track defects, and support resolution efforts.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with business requirements.
Skills Required:
- Robust understanding of Workday Core HCM, Recruiting processes and Adv Compensation
- Strong knowledge in Workday Integrations
- Experience in test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Familiarity with Workday reporting and security configurations.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
