Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce platform customization to deliver scalable and high-quality CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and customizations.
- Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
- Implement workflows, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and security controls.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, admins, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Support release management, deployments, and CI/CD processes.





Required Skills
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and platform automation.
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification (preferred).
- Experience with Experience Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or MuleSoft.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Education
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
