- Responsible for lead generation
- Cold-calling and taking follow-ups of leads
- Handling customer escalation through calls and emails
- Performing social media marketing on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
- Running paid campaigns
- Email and WhatsApp marketing
- Creative designing and content writing for social media
Requirements
- BBA / MBA in Marketing
- Digital Marketing qualification would be a plus
- Prior experience in cold calling is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
