Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Salesforce Education Cloud Developer / Consultant with 6+ years of Salesforce experience.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop solutions using Salesforce Education Cloud / EDA.
- Work on Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, SOQL and SOSL.
- Implement Recruitment & Admissions, Student Success and Academic Operations solutions.
- Develop Experience Cloud portals for students and applicants.
- Build REST and SOAP API integrations with SIS, LMS, ERP and other systems.
- Handle Salesforce data migration and data management.
- Configure Salesforce security, sharing and access controls.
- Work with Git, Salesforce DX and CI/CD deployment processes.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing and production support.
- Support code reviews and technical discussions.
- Experience with OmniStudio, Agentforce, Data Cloud and MuleSoft will be an advantage.

Preferred candidate profile





- 6+ years of Salesforce experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Apex, LWC and Salesforce Flow.
- Experience with Salesforce Education Cloud and/or EDA.
- Experience working on education or higher education projects.
- Knowledge of Recruitment & Admissions and/or Student Success.
- Experience with Experience Cloud portals.
- Strong REST/SOAP API integration experience.
- Experience in Salesforce data migration.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security and data modelling.
- Experience with Git, Salesforce DX and CI/CD.
- OmniStudio, SIS/LMS integration and Agentforce experience is preferred.
- Salesforce certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to work in office in Bengaluru, Noida, Chennai or Pune.
