Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts & Finance professional to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliances, banking coordination, financial reporting, and MIS.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, accounts payable and receivable, finalisation of accounts, budgeting, and financial forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoice processing, vendor/customer reconciliation, and payment follow-ups.
- Prepare and manage GST and TDS workings, returns, payments, and related statutory compliances.
- Monitor GST and TDS defaults, notices, and other compliance-related matters and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Coordinate with banks for payments, collections, bank statements, account-related matters, and other banking requirements.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of accounting records.
- Assist in the finalisation of books of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and provide relevant financial insights to management.
- Support the preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, statutory authorities, and other external stakeholders as required.




- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Support management in financial analysis, reporting, and other accounting and finance-related requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in accounting and finance functions.
- Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, AP, AR, banking, and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and finalisation of accounts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in handling GST/TDS notices and defaults.
- Experience with monthly MIS preparation.
- Experience in a fast-paced organisation, preferably in the financial services, wealth management, broking, or fintech industry.
- Knowledge of statutory and regulatory accounting requirements will be an added advantage.
