- Manage E&I; maintenance for Film Production Lines, Metallizer, and Slitter.
- Ensure availability of critical spares and consumables to avoid production stoppages.
- Handle breakdown troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, electrical safety, and ISO standards.
- Monitor and implement energy conservation initiatives across plant equipment.
- Lead and monitor the performance of the E&I; maintenance team.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve equipment-related issues.
- Conduct HIRA, JSA, safety audits, incident investigations, and safety reviews.
- Ensure secure operation, reliability, and overall health of electrical and instrumentation equipment.
