Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.
- Perform daily operational health checks and drive automation initiatives for process improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network, performance, and availability issues across large-scale environments.
- Analyze recurring incidents, identify root causes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on permanent fixes.




- Utilize application performance monitoring tools to diagnose system and network issues.
- Work with ISPs and vendors to resolve network outages and connectivity concerns.
- Develop and implement automation solutions to reduce incidents and improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in on-call support and incident management activities.
- Provide data-driven analysis and reporting to improve overall service quality.

Essential Skills:

- Strong experience supporting enterprise Cisco routers and switching infrastructure.
- Expertise in TCP/IP networking, network analysis, and performance troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with BGP, OSPF, and routing/switching technologies.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting distributed systems and complex network environments.
- Experience with monitoring and application performance management tools.
- Knowledge of packet analysis tools such as Wireshark and tcpdump.
- Experience coordinating with vendors and ISP providers for network-related incidents.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Positive to Have Skills:

- Experience with SD-WAN technologies.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux system administration.
- Scripting skills in Python, Shell, Perl, PHP, or PowerShell.
- Experience with Dynatrace or similar APM platforms.
- Experience managing infrastructure in AWS or Azure environments.
- Cloud certifications in AWS or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience working with IaaS platforms.
