We are looking for a skilled and proactive Pega Marketing/Decisioning Consultant to join our growing team. This role demands a strong technical foundation in Pega Marketing and Decisioning, along with hands-on experience in Unix/Linux environments and SQL. Design, develop, and implement Pega Marketing and Decisioning solutions.

Work on customer engagement strategies using the Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).

Manage and optimize marketing campaigns, decisioning strategies, and next-best-action frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored Pega solutions.

Perform data extraction, manipulation, and analysis using SQL on Unix/Linux platforms.

Ensure system performance, integrity, and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

- 5-9 ears of relevant experience in Pega Marketing and/or Pega PRPC.





- Strong command over Unix/Linux environments and SQL scripting.

- Pega Certifications (at least one required):

- CPMC - Certified Pega Marketing Consultant
- CPDC - Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Additional Pega certifications: CSA, CSSA, LSA

- Cloud certification in AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

- Exposure to European working cultures or distributed international teams
