Required Skills:

- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Endpoint Security, Endpoint Management, Information Protection, Data Governance, or Cyber Security Operations.
- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune in enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Defender security controls, endpoint protection, threat management, and security monitoring.
- Robust understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile Application Management (MAM), device compliance, and endpoint security best practices.
- Experience configuring and supporting Microsoft Purview Discovery Classification capabilities, sensitivity labels, and information protection controls.
- Experience performing eDiscovery searches, legal hold management, content exports, and case management activities.




- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance capabilities including Defender, Purview, Entra ID, and Conditional Access.
- Experience supporting incident management, service request management, problem management, and change management processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot endpoint management, data protection, and information governance issues.
- Strong analytical, documentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
