Role & responsibilities

- Experience with multiple content management, digital publishing, and marketing automation systems such as Eloqua, Adobe Experience Manager, or Sprinklr.
- Working knowledge of web technologies including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, and Bootstrap.
- Proficiency in using Workfront to support collaboration, manage assets, and track project workflows.
- Knowledge of SEO, paid media, and social media.
- Understanding of content management approaches and common issues across web and social channels.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Robust organizational, time-management, and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to monitor data-driven benchmarks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and collaborate effectively with team members in person and virtually.
- Ability to work with UX/UI teams to support strong user experiences.
- Ability to problem-solve, communicate clearly,



and use resources effectively.
- Hands-on experience with digital publishing platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Strong customer-centric focus with an emphasis on effective client service attitude.
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring precision in all tasks undertaken.
- Practical experience with Agile methodologies, highlighting adaptive planning, iterative development, and team collaboration.
- Experience in identifying process improvement opportunities, reducing production time, and ensuring scalability.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 6+ years of experience in content management, or web development domain.
