PRODUCTIVITY IMPROVEMENT

A Work Content Estimation using MOST & Other Video Monitoring methods

A Perform Line Balancing activities w.r.t. model mix scenario

A Develop Standardised Work for Direct & Indirect Process

A VA-SVA-NVA Analysis

A 3M (MUDA, MURA & MURI) Analysis to Identify & execute on Improvement Opportunities

A Develop Line side facilities & work stations as per ergonomic standards

A Conceptualise, develop & implement Kara-kuri & FIFO Racks

A Prepare Manpower deployment pattern w.r.t. Assembly working scenario

LEAN MANUFACTURING

B Initiate Kaizens for improvement activities

B Ensure Layout Design alligned with Safety & Productivity deliverables

B Defines standardised work & Process sequence

B Part presentation as per Operator's Golden Zone & Strike zone

B MHE's mapping for part feeding & develop LCA for optimised material handling

NPI

C Work Content reduction opportunities thru DFMEA & EPM approach

C Prepare Complexity matrix to reduce eliminate complexity





C Design & Install facilities with First Time Right approach

C PFMEA, PCP & PFC for NPI / EPI Activities

C Updation of Work Content & Time study arising due to NPI/EPI/ECN

C Develop SOP / WIN as per Workstations

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

E Budget estimation for Recent / Modification Projects

E Management Approvals with B/C Evalaution

E Prepare RFQ, gather Quotations, evaluate options, raise PR in SAP

E Monitor activities from Equipment ordering to Installation

E Perform activities from Equipment ordering to Installation

E Track Project Budget expenditure periodically

SHOP FLOOR MANAGEMENT

F Attend daily shop floor reviews with Safety, Quality & Prodn

F Ineract with Shop floor team to identify improvement opportunities

F Ensure cohesivness while working with CFT
