Job Purpose
To manage the Distribution & Logistics MIS function by providing accurate, timely, and actionable reports and analytics that improve operational efficiency, logistics cost control, warehouse productivity, transportation performance, inventory visibility, and management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly Logistics MIS and executive dashboards.
- Monitor Fill Rate, TAT, dispatch performance, warehouse and transporter KPIs.
- Analyze logistics costs, inventory, warehouse productivity, and transportation efficiency.
- Ensure ERP/SAP/WMS/TMS data accuracy and governance.
- Drive reporting automation using Excel, Power BI, Power Query, VBA, SQL, and SAP.
- Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Warehousing, Finance, Procurement, and IT.
