Job description:

MDM Strategy & Governance:

- Design and implement MDM strategies within Oracle Cloud, establishing robust governance frameworks for Product, Grower, Supplier, and Customer data domains.

- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure MDM solutions support business goals and industry best practices.

- Develop, document, and enforce data governance policies to maintain data quality standards across all master data domains.

- Support integration of Oracle Cloud ERP with MDM systems to ensure seamless synchronization of Product, Supplier, and Customer data throughout business processes.

- Work with cross-functional teams to align business processes with ERP systems, ensuring accurate and timely data flow between ERP, CRM, and MDM platforms.

- Lead the migration of legacy data to Oracle Cloud, ensuring accurate data mapping, transformation, validation, and overall data integrity.

- Oversee all aspects of master data transition, maintaining data consistency and integrity.

- Establish and maintain data quality monitoring tools and real-time dashboards to track accuracy and key performance metrics.
