Sales Executive / Sales Officer Herbal Cosmetics | Field Sales

Role & responsibilities

- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop new business by identifying and approaching retailers, distributors, stockists, pharmacies, cosmetic shops and other relevant outlets.
- Visit the market regularly and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Generate new leads and convert them into active customers.
- Take regular orders and ensure timely follow-up for order fulfilment and payments.
- Ensure proper product visibility, availability and merchandising at retail outlets.
- Introduce new products and promotional schemes to retailers and distributors.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes and market activities.
- Collect market feedback regarding products, pricing and customer requirements.
- Maintain daily visit reports, sales reports and customer records.
- Follow up on outstanding payments as per company policy.
- Coordinate with distributors/stockists and the internal team for smooth order and delivery operations.




- Expand the company's distribution and retail network within the assigned territory.
- Achieve secondary sales and outlet coverage targets.
- Travel within the assigned territory as required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, pharma, OTC, personal care or related industries.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and regular market visits.
- Should be target-oriented and capable of developing new business.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/WhatsApp and maintaining sales reports.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
