Role Highlights:
- Assist in procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services.
- Obtain quotations from vendors and prepare comparative statements.
- Generate and process purchase orders as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with site teams and Estimation team for material requirements and delivery schedules.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and procurement databases.
- Verify invoices, delivery challans, and other purchase-related documents.
- Support vendor sourcing and development activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores for material replenishment.
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain proper records and reports for procurement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
