Role & responsibilities
End to End responsibility on Vendor Invoice processing
• Ensure On-time payment to Vendors and tracking the payment hit rate
compared to Due dates is Key metrics
• Expected valuable archiving skills in Documentation
• Good stake holder management towards Procurement , Stores and Warehouse
peoples
• Responding Emails on-time
• Circulating Open items reports weekly and ensure proper follow is done to
close advances
• Circulate Payment dunning report to users weekly basis
• SPOC for all payment queries and co-ordinating with HSBC for Import
document clearance
