Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of collection executives.

- Assign daily targets and monitor team performance.

- Make and supervise recovery calls for overdue accounts.

- Negotiate repayments and handle escalated cases.

- Ensure daily updates in CRM or loan management systems.

- Generate reports and track collection performance.

- Train and guide team members on recovery process.

- Maintain compliance with RBI and company policies.

- Coordinate with legal/risk teams for escalations.
