Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly/quarterly targets for medical equipment and laboratory instruments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop effective sales strategies and product knowledge.
Job Requirements :
- 5-15 years of experience in capital equipment sales or lab instruments (medical devices & equipment).
- Strong understanding of lab instruments, medical equipment sales, and pharmaceutical industry dynamics.
- Proven track record in managing teams and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced setting.
