Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the Wealth Management team in lead generation, cold calling, client coordination, and sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the team in converting business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and generate leads.

Identify and understand client requirements and introduce relevant wealth management products.

Follow up with leads and prospects through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Coordinate with Relationship Managers for meetings, client follow-ups, and business closure.

Maintain and regularly update lead trackers, sales MIS, and CRM.

Assist in generating business across products such as Mutual Funds, Bonds, PMS, AIF, Insurance, and Fixed Deposits.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.





Coordinate with internal teams for account opening, KYC, documentation, and transaction-related requirements.

Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and business targets.

Provide regular updates on lead status, follow-ups, and conversions to the reporting manager.

Candidate Profile

Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, telecalling, wealth management, banking, broking, or financial services.

Prior experience in cold calling and lead generation is preferred.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

Basic understanding of financial products will be an advantage.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and MS Office.

Target-oriented, proactive, and good at follow-ups.

Solid interpersonal and coordination skills.
