Role & responsibilities

1. Drafting SOPs / Workflows for Lab

2. Helping Build Reference Guidelines and Playbooks

3. Coordinating with Multiple Stakeholders and Creating Compliance Framework

4. Helping Setup Key Tracking Mechanisms

5. Clinical Guidelines (in Coordination with Clinicians)

6. Presenting Stats and Facts to Management

7. Taking Ownership for DOS Setup

8. Conducting Validation Studies (SOPs / WIs)

9. Optimising Quality as per directives of Lab Director

Preferred candidate profile

1. Having healthcare (esp. clinical) background is a major plus

2. Degree: BSc / MSc in Pathology / Biochemistry / Microbiology / Lifescience / Pharmaceutical; B Tech / M Tech in Biotech / Bioinformatics / Lifescience
