Role Purpose
Responsible for driving activation and spends on Shikhar portfolio in the assigned geographical area, Responsible for 1 Manager (DR).
Role Accountability
1. Execute engagement program calendar for the year with monthly milestones and deliverables for assigned region
2. Coordinate with Analytics and Portfolio team on insights and identify pockets of low activation
3. Execute spend programs,
measure outcomes and ensure feedback loop on learnings is completed with program owners to fine tune approach for future programs
4. Scan the market to identify best practices/latest trends in spend engagement programs and recommend the same for adoption within SBI Card
5. Monitor budget adherence in program execution and highlight need for additional funds to keep pace with business volumes
6. Monitor program performance by region and share insights with regional sales teams to improve sourcing mix
7. Liaise with Sales and SBI branch teams for on-ground inputs and execution support
8. Ensure adherence with regulatory guidelines in execution of all programs
9. Ensure proper documentation of program level data for audit readiness
10. Ensure process documentation and compliance adherence
11. Roll out regional festival campaigns
12. Maintain Create Merchant funded Offer property

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications
1. Spends Category Understanding
2. Good knowledge on Consumer and Competition behavior and Credit Card Market Dynamics
3. Prior experience of managing alliances and partnerships
Alliances preferable in cards or other sectors like Telecom, Retail etc.
