SUMMARY :

Ensure on time preventive, predictive & break down maintenance all assets of the stores and warehouse to ensure equipment availability and reduce equipment down time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Shall guide the store / cluster & warehouse electricians in performing their roles and responsibilities effectively.
- Must be a good problem solver / trouble shooter.
- Shall have hands-on experience in preventive & breakdown maintenance of all store and warehouse electromechanical equipment.
- Ensure that 52-week preventive maintenance schedule is prepared for all the stores in the region and warehouse and preventive maintenance works are effectively executed as per plan.
- Ensure that all the critical equipment have Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and AMCs are renewed on time.
- Visit the stores & warehouses and verify all the daily, weekly, monthly checklists of electricians and address discrepancies.
- Do planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling to ensure efficient functioning of maintenance department in the region.
- Effective internal and external stake holder management and vendor management.
- Ensure that guidelines of EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) are implemented.
- Ensure that all the maintenance contractors, workers and electrician follow safety precautions and carry out their jobs without endangering themselves and others.
- Participate in NSO HOTOs, evaluate the store readiness, compliance against checkpoints and prepare snag lists.
- Ensure closure on time closure of complaints, snags, and audit observations.
- Maintain maintenance checklists,



trackers and prepare MIS reports and share with relevant stakeholders.
- Must have an eye for detail and sense of urgency to resolving complaints.
- Actively involve in store renovations and drive ad-hoc maintenance projects such as energy conservation, lights, fixture & layout optimization etc and continues improvement projects such as store complaint reduction, reduction in TAT of compliant closure etc.
- Ensure compliance to occupational safety protocols such as work permit system, PPE & LOTO etc.
- Ensure adherence to the maintenance log sheets, checklists, forms by electricians.
