Project Manager Compliance & Regulatory Programs

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional compliance, regulatory, and business transformation initiatives. The role focuses on project planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, governance, and timely delivery rather than deep compliance expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and project roadblocks.
- Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology, and external stakeholders.
- Support compliance and regulatory program implementation.
- Manage Onit practice management software data clean-up and optimization projects.
- Facilitate meetings, track action items, and drive timely decisions.
- Prepare project dashboards, status reports, and executive updates.
- Maintain project documentation, governance, scope, timelines,



and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience in cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong project planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong risk, issue, and dependency management capabilities.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or Monday.com.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification.
- Experience in legal, compliance, regulatory, governance, or operational transformation projects.
- Experience with enterprise software implementation or optimization.
- Familiarity with Onit or legal operations platforms is an advantage.
