1. Production Shift In-Charge – Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete production activities during the assigned shift.
2. Ensure production targets are achieved as per the daily production plan.
3. Monitor beverage processing, blending, filling, packaging, and related operations.
4. Supervise production operators, helpers, and shift workers.
5. Ensure proper manpower deployment and shift-wise work allocation.
6. Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the Maintenance Department for breakdowns.
7. Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
8. Maintain production records, batch records, shift reports, and material consumption records.
9. Monitor raw material and packaging material availability.
10. Minimize production losses, wastage, downtime, and rejection.
11. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores,



and Dispatch departments.
12. Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of production areas and equipment.
13. Take corrective action for production-related issues and report major deviations to the Production Manager.
14. Ensure protected working practices and compliance with safety rules.
15. Conduct proper shift handover to the incoming Shift In-Charge.

Job Requirements :

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.Sc. in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in beverage/FMCG/food manufacturing will be preferred.
- Knowledge of production processes, GMP, HACCP, and basic ERP/MIS reporting.
