Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions, including Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Data Scientists, QA Engineers, and other IT roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, role specifications, and workforce planning.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and build talent pools for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring quality.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies.
