Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Recruiter US Staffing to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT requirements while leading and mentoring a team of recruiters.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in US IT staffing, excellent sourcing and screening capabilities, a good understanding of US staffing models and work authorization, and the ability to drive recruitment targets, quality submissions, and successful closures.

Job Description

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions, from requirement understanding through candidate onboarding.
- Source, identify, screen, and qualify candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.
- Work on W2, C2C/Corp-to-Corp, 1099, and Full-Time staffing requirements.
- Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates across technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, Cybersecurity, Business Analysis, and other IT skill sets.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Conduct initial technical and behavioral screening and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, negotiate compensation/pay rates, and drive candidates through closure.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until joining.

Sourcing & Candidate Management

- Utilize sourcing channels including Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Indeed, internal databases, referrals, networking, and Boolean search techniques.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for niche and difficult-to-fill requirements.
- Maintain an updated database of qualified consultants and candidates.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely submission of candidate profiles.
- Minimize duplicate submissions and ensure candidates meet client-specific requirements.

Required Skills

- 4-7 years of proven experience in US IT Staffing / US IT Recruitment.
- Prior experience as a Senior Recruiter / Lead Recruiter / Team Lead is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of US recruitment lifecycle and staffing processes.
- Excellent understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, Contract, CTH, and Direct Hire models.
- Positive understanding of US work authorization and tax terminology.
- Hands-on experience with Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong Boolean search and candidate sourcing skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong team-handling, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with good knowledge of MS Excel and ATS/CRM systems.
