We are Hiring for Trainee US Onboarding Specialist at Sunrise Biztech Systems (Manyata Tech Park), Bangalore.

Position: Trainee US Onboarding Specialist

Location: Manyata Tech Park - Bangalore, INDIA

Experience: 0 to 2yrs into Indian/US/UK onboarding & background check process

Shift Timings: 6:00 pm to 3:00am (IST) with only 5 days working (Sat & Sun Fixed off)

***Mandatory to have excellent communication skills

Job Description:
Preferred Qualifications:

- Responsible for Initiating Back ground check for the candidates who has been offered
- Collecting the necessary documents and details from the candidates post offer for the smooth Onboarding purpose.
- Responsible for Initiating Drug test for the candidates.
- Meeting SLA in On Boarding consultants defined by the management
- Nurturing existing accounts using consultant follow up
- Evaluate, create and maintain all business operations processes including but not limited to: overseeing resume formatting, hand-offs from account managers to recruiters, providing support to account managers, ensuring client questions or problems are satisfactorily resolved, maintaining client documentations
- Responsible for preparing on boarding tracking reports daily basis.
- Produce weekly metrics reports,



month interview reports and quarterly offer & hire reports
- As need basis does 2nd level follow up through email & phone for timesheets

General Skills:

- Should have excellent communication skills
- Experience in communicating with US Accent is a plus
- Should be able to deliver results under minimum supervision

****Graduation is mandatory****
